I'm Zhenya - human, womb-keeper, bodyworker, yoga teacher. I care about deep healing for the Earth and her inhabitants - for our minds, our bodies, our hearts, and our wombs. And I know to my core that as we heal ourselves, we heal the collective.

My passion for our magnificent human bodies began with dance and flourished to include kinesiology, yoga, nutrition, and holistic wellness.  I completed my degree in Health Education and Promotion, and then life led me to a permaculture farm where I learned a lot about holism and what it means to be human. It was after all this that I realized what my hands had known all along - my offering of healing needed to be massage therapy.

In 2018, I graduated from an intensive massage therapy program at Holistic Massage Training Institute that not only initiated my career but profoundly transformed my life. I came to understand that our bodies carry the memory of all our experiences, both physical and emotional. They are our home, our safety, and our engagement with life. 

Through my own journey of healing and embodiment, I recognized the deep, unspoken disconnection that so many women experience with their bodies, and especially their wombs. When I discovered the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage® (also known as Tul'ix Therapy), I immersed myself fully in the sacred, transformative practice of reclaiming our female bodies. I have since dedicated myself to harnessing the potent medicine of bodywork, yoga, and intentional self-care to guide women into reconnecting with the vibrant magic of our bodies and wombs.
