I'm Zhenya - human, womb-keeper, bodyworker, embodiment facilitator. Over the eight years that I have been practicing bodywork, I wrote and re-wrote this bio hundreds of times. But this one's going to be different. My rawest yet, because I want you to know who I actually am.

I came into bodywork the way people come into themselves. It was there all along, in my heart and in my hands - this deep love for our magnificent human bodies and all that they could feel. At a time when I needed it most, I learned about the concept of embodiment - the simple and radical idea that we are meant to feel at home in our bodies.

Growing up as a girl and as a serious dancer, I knew my body as both a wonder and a battleground - expressive, powerful, and ceaselessly judged. It took an intense season of death and rebirth for me to turn towards myself, reclaim my feminine body, and reconnect with the magic of the womb. 

Bodywork, yoga, and somatic healing have shown me from the inside out that we are sacred ground, worthy of devotion, nurture, and celebration. That even with our hurts, we're made to love it here.

And so, I am here to help you come home, come alive, and remember what it feels like to love it here, in your body.
